Every Comfort Collection cake is handcrafted from scratch using premium ingredients and beautifully decorated in the Bloom & Sprinkles style. As each cake is individually made, colours, flowers and decorative details may vary slightly, making every cake uniquely yours.

Refunds & Order Policy

At Bloom & Sprinkles, every order is handcrafted and freshly prepared especially for you. As our products are made to order and are perishable, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect flavour selection, or orders that are no longer required.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not meet the quality you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request photographs so we can assess the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

This policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery & Pickup

Every Bloom & Sprinkles order is handcrafted and freshly baked to order using premium ingredients. To ensure the highest quality, please allow a minimum of 5 days' notice before your preferred pickup or delivery date.

Pickup

Orders can be collected by appointment from our nominated pickup location. You'll receive collection details once your order has been confirmed.

Local Delivery

We currently offer delivery throughout the Sydney Metropolitan area. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Packaging

Every order is carefully packaged to help it arrive safely while maintaining its beautiful presentation. Gift boxes and celebration cakes are prepared with extra care to ensure they are ready to enjoy or gift.

• Once an order has been prepared, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
